I would guess most of us would have had our share of experience in being at awe the first time we saw Roti Tissue in a restaurant. However, can it beat this Towering Roti Tissue from Lion clear restaurant? I highly doubt it! These thin and crispy roti tissues are finished off with chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, and condensed milk. They are certainly worth the taste test!
Established in January 2020, Miri City welcomes Lion Clear Restaurant, a restaurant that serves Pakistani-Indian fusion food! This is Lion Clear’s first branch opening in Malaysia with a mission to serve their appetizing dishes!
I was excited to come and try the roti tissue as it was very tall in the pictures (as it is in real life) but what I found more appealing when getting there was the taste of their Briyani rice!
Biryani is a mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of India. Restaurant Lion clear is the first restaurant to offer White Briyani Rice in Miri! This White Briyani rice has the same taste as the usual nasi briyani excluding the spiciness! In my opinion, you should really opt for the briyani rice along with their delicious lamb shank! Both choices of briyani rice tasted amazing! It is a must try!
Just look at all those lamb shanks! A perfect pair to go along the Nasi Briyani! We also had the chance to try their Murtabak Daging that could serve 3-4 people per serving. Very generous portions given for the dishes indeed!
