Dear fellow foodies with exquisite and fancy taste for fine dining , I have the perfect dessert for you to try. Head over to The Nest Cafe and Lounge to try their Flambè Suzette. Flambè Suzette is a french dessert that is considered as a complex crepe in culinary terms. Why do you ask? Well, the word Flambè will explain why.

Flambè means to ignite food with liquor in French. When you Flambè, you are able to get the rich flavour of the liquor without any alcohol as all the alcohol will be evaporated. It requires some serious culinary skills to master the art of Flambè. That is why this is a dessert perfect for someone posh and fancy.

Let’s talk about what makes this Flambè Suzete so spectacular at The Nest Cafe and Lounge. Flambè Suzete is not only a special treat for your taste palate. It is also a feast for your eyes. I am sure that everyone agrees that waffles are one of the most delightful desserts. Crispy on the inside , warm and fluffy on the inside. Such a hearty treat for our souls. Moongrind Kingdom is the place to go when you fancy some delicious waffles. There are a variety of waffles for you to choose from and no matter what you choose you will be pleased.

Pick one from their sweet menu. Here are some recommendations for you to try out. The Apply Crumble is one of my personal favourites. Two slices of waffle drizzled with caramel syrup and topped with caramelized apples and crumbles. Nutella Oreo is perfect for the ultimate sweet tooth as it is a literal sugar bomb.

Sugar rushing desserts.

Waffles covered with Nutella spread and Oreos plus a side of vanilla ice cream. If that doesn’t scream sugar rush, I am not sure what will. Give the Churros Waffles a try as well. A simple serving of waffles with cinnamon sugar and drizzle of chocolate sauce.
